As an Entry-Level Sales Representative you’ll play an important role in connecting homeowners with solutions that can improve the safety, value and longevity of their homes. We’re looking for someone motivated who wants to get started in sales. No experience is required as we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed!

 

 

What We Offer

• $18-$25/hour base pay.
• Uncapped commission earning potential.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses.
• Paid training.
• Performance-based promotions and pay increases.
• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Full benefits after 90 days.

 

 

What You'll Do

• Represent the Everdry Waterproofing brand in local neighborhoods.
• Engage with homeowners and build positive first impressions.
• Educate homeowners about common basement, foundation, and water intrusion concerns.
• Schedule FREE, no-obligation basement inspections with our professional consultants.
• Generate qualified leads while helping homeowners learn about solutions available to them.
• Work toward personal and team goals while developing valuable sales and communication skills.
