Job Description
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative team member to support production operations in Oregon. This position helps maintain accurate job records, monitors progress across the manufacturing floor, and keeps teams informed so work moves forward without unnecessary delays. The role also contributes to process improvements by identifying gaps, coordinating with plant personnel, and reinforcing consistent administrative practices that improve visibility into production activity, inventory, and costs.
• Monitor job activity throughout the production process and maintain accurate status updates within company systems.
• Review work order details for completeness, identify inconsistencies, and follow up with the appropriate teams to correct missing or inaccurate information.
• Partner with shop floor employees and leadership to keep communication clear and ensure production records reflect actual activity.
• Spend time in the manufacturing environment to observe workflows, gather information directly, and address administrative issues at the source.
• Support efforts to refine administrative and production tracking processes so system data aligns more closely with day-to-day operations.
• Provide guidance and practical support to team members on documentation standards, data accuracy, and process expectations.
• Compile and organize production-related information to improve reporting on job status, material usage, and operational costs.
• Take ownership of unresolved issues by researching discrepancies, cross-checking available resources, and driving follow-up through completion.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, production support, or manufacturing-related role.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage records accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working closely with both plant personnel and management to support daily operational needs.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly when information gaps or issues arise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a production setting and learn operational workflows directly from the floor.
• Resilient, adaptable, and persistent when handling shifting priorities, deadlines, and problem-solving demands.
