Schochet is currently hiring a Leasing Consultant

 

Country Glen Apartments is a 300+ unit market-rate apartment community located in Groton, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

· Show available apartment units to prospective residents and process move-ins

· Conduct resident orientations and unit inspections

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings and competitors

· Prepare brochures and marketing materials for potential renters

· Support the Property Manager with office tasks such as answering phones, filing, creating newsletters, logging maintenance issues, and assisting residents

· Handle paperwork for prospective and current residents

 

What We’re Looking For:

· Prior leasing and sales experience required

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Motivated self-starter who can work independently and in a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

· Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure

 

Work Schedule:

· Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

· Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

· Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
