Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid SLP license (Arizona)
• Recent experience in school-based pediatric speech therapy (K-8 setting preferred)
• Skilled in Medicaid billing for therapy services
• Competence supervising and mentoring SLPA staff
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and evidence-based speech-language therapy for K-8 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Oversee and supervise the on-site SLPA, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, and ensure timely billing for Medicaid services
• Communicate proactively with parents or guardians regarding students’ progress
