Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Clovis, New Mexico — this travel temporary assignment begins 09/11/2026 and runs for 6 weeks. The position offers a weekly pay range of $848 to $916 per week with guaranteed hours of 33. The shift is a 3x12 night schedule (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care/ nursing home setting. This local assignment requires skilled LPN care in geriatric, resident-centered environments under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring and documenting health status, symptoms, and responses to interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assess residents’ health conditions through vital signs, observation, and communication; escalate changes promptly to the nursing team.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety; promote comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and compliance with policies; complete accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (active, in good standing)
- Completion of an approved LPN program (diploma/degree)
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
- Ability to work a night shift (18:00–06:30) and 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to work effectively in a local assignment and in a long-term care setting
