Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapy settings
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability
• Commitment to confidentiality and student welfare
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based behavioral interventions to students under supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and maintain accurate data to document student progress and treatment fidelity
• Support implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote carryover of skills
• Assist in crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in ongoing team meetings, planning sessions, and relevant training
• Provide a positive, professional role model for students
