Institutional Client Transformation Director - Private Markets

I'm partnering with a leading technology company at the forefront of private markets, looking to hire someone to work with some of the industry's most sophisticated investment firms. This is a highly consultative, client-facing role where you'll partner with C-suite executives, technology leaders, and operations teams to redesign business processes, modernize operating models, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes across private markets. What you'll be doing Lead enterprise transformation programmes from onboarding through long-term client success. Partner with executive stakeholders to assess current operating models and design future-state business processes. Map complex system landscapes across fund administration, CRM, data warehouses, LP portals, and investment platforms. Drive business process re-engineering, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational workflows. Bridge business objectives with technical delivery teams to ensure successful implementations. Support AI-enabled workflow transformation by identifying automation opportunities and shaping future operating models. Lead executive steering committees, provide strategic updates, and manage key stakeholder relationships throughout implementation. Develop implementation frameworks and best practices that can be leveraged across future enterprise clients. What we're looking for 8-15 years' experience within management consulting, enterprise SaaS, digital transformation, or private markets technology. Strong understanding of private markets, alternative investments, fund administration, or institutional asset management. Experience leading complex business transformation or enterprise implementation programmes. Ability to map business processes, system architecture, and operating models across multiple platforms. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience translating complex business requirements into structured solutions and implementation roadmaps. Exposure to AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
