About the Role We’re hiring a Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our in-studio experience and support with day-to-day studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by creating a seamless, high-touch client experience. What You’ll Own Greet all clients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm Manage client check-in, class bookings, and in-studio communication. Respond to client inquiries promptly and helpfully, both in person and digitally Support day-to-day studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized environment and coordinating with third-party vendors. Manage opening, closing, and class transition procedures, including cleaning mats, resetting equipment, and preparing the studio for the next session. Partner with trainers and team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience What You Bring Available 10-20 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, and at least one weekend day Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (fitness or hospitality a plus) Comfortable with technology and booking systems Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for every client Strong judgment and intuition in customer interactions - you know how to be solution-oriented without overpromising Exceptionally reliable and punctual - your team can count on you A sense of ownership - you care about the studio, take initiative, and handle issues proactively Bonus: A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, or creating exceptional client experiences $16/hour rate Complimentary access to SotoMethod classes (in-studio and digital) Employee discounts on retail and access to partner product gifting Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, high-energy team in the fitness and wellness industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
