What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Book events and plan exceptional catered and private dining experiences.
• Drive sales growth and retain loyal business partners.
• Lead with attention to detail, organization and passion for hospitality.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure flawless execution.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven sales experience in restaurant, catering or hospitality environment.
• Track record of successfully executing events of all sizes.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu planning and presentation.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication - written and verbal.
• Superior relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.

Requirements:
*Must have proven record of reliability, punctuality
*Must have excellent communication skills -verbal and written, and superior organizational ability
*Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs
*Prior sales experience required and proficiency in catering software (Triple Seat) preferred
*Ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer service and/or restaurant/hotel management experience
*Demonstrated experience in securing business relations with clients/guests and in developing strategies that improve guest satisfaction and build client loyalty
*Must be appropriately dressed in business attire to represent Ruth's Chris Steak House inside and outside of the restaurant
*Must be able to work a flexible schedule
*Must express maturity and social skills of a hospitality sales professional in the fine dining arena
