The Role You’ll own the electrical design of our robotic systems, from concept through production. You’ll work across disciplines with mechanical, firmware, controls and software teams. At the Staff level, you’ll also set technical direction, mentor other engineers and influence architecture across programmes. What you’ll do Design and own electrical systems for robotic platforms, covering areas such as power, actuation, sensing and compute Develop schematics and PCB layouts, and take designs from concept through prototype to production Bring up, test and debug hardware, and drive root-cause analysis when things go wrong Collaborate with firmware, controls and software engineers on system integration Lead design reviews and define test and validation approaches Support compliance and certification activities as products mature Mentor other engineers and help raise the engineering bar across the team What we’re looking for We care more about depth in electrical engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping than about any one tool or technology.
