Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting a high-volume, unionized environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, which will enable you to thrive and contribute positively to the organization’s success.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay Range: $38

Shift: Days, Nights, Evenings (40 hours)

What's the Job?

Supervise 30-40 hourly employees in a unionized manufacturing environment
Maintain staffing levels, including managing calloffs and reassignments
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies
Coach, lead, and develop team members to enhance performance
Collaborate with plant pillars and cross-functional teams to meet production goals

What's Needed?

Proven experience supervising or managing people in a manufacturing setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work any shift, including weekends, to meet production needs
Background with Lean, WCM, Kaizen, SIS, or other CI methodologies
