Roles & Responsibilities Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates until joining. Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. 13 years of recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Mandatory Requirements Personal laptop or desktop. Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection. Smartphone with good call quality. Dedicated workspace for work-from-home.
