Multi-Wing America designs and manufactures high-performance axial fan solutions for customers across industries including HVAC/R, power generation, agriculture, and industrial cooling. We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Middlefield, Ohio. This is a newly created role with room to take ownership, improve processes, and help shape how our accounting function evolves. What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with the Controller, FP&A Manager, colleagues across the business, vendors, banking partners, and our factoring provider. Your work will help keep our financial records accurate and support timely, reliable reporting.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Preparing account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
\n
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
\n
• Maintaining fixed-asset records and accounting for capital expenditures and depreciation.
\n
• Managing wire payments from request review and verification through recording and vendor settlement.
\n
• Coordinating factoring reconciliations, repayments, and related accounting.
\n
• Investigating discrepancies, following up on outstanding items, and helping improve accounting processes.

What you’ll bring

\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
\n
• Two or more years of general accounting experience is preferred.
\n
• Working knowledge of GAAP and confidence using Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Experience with an ERP or general-ledger system and online banking platforms.
\n
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
\n
• The ability to organize competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
\n
• A proactive, adaptable approach and an interest in taking ownership as the role develops.
\n
