Job Title: Logistics Specialist Job Status: Full-time, hourly Salary: Starting at $20.00/hour based on experience Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team in Odessa, FL . If you thrive in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment and have a passion for pets, this opportunity is ideal for you. Job Summary: As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our distribution center operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, and stocking our products, primarily for distribution to major retailers such as Amazon and Chewy. Your attention to detail and commitment to meeting strict shipping deadlines will ensure our products reach customers efficiently. Additionally, you will handle receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, maintaining organized inventory levels to support our growing operations. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work efficiently at various shelving heights. Proficiency in English reading comprehension and numerical recognition. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach. High school diploma or equivalent; forklift experience is preferred.
