With a legacy spanning over 75 years, we take pride in providing a memorable dining experience for every customer.What You'll Be Doing:Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately via our drive-thru system.Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely mannerProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.Uphold health and safety standards at all times.Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in customer service or cashiering.Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to each and every customerAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Drive-thru experience preferred.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.What's In It For You:Weekly payWeekly/Monthly Performance Bonus OpportunityConvenient hoursCompetitive hourly wage based on experience.401K after meeting tenure qualificationEmployee discounts on food and beverages.Significant opportunities for growth within our company.Positive and collaborative work environment.
