In this role, you will work to diagnose, repair, and maintain both on-site and remotely with MRP. While at Powered By MRP, you will install, modify, and repair laser and energy based devices. You will sharpen your understanding of the aesthetics industry, master your technical skills, and conquer the opportunity to disrupt an outdated industry.Job Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on aesthetic laser equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.Ability to operate basic electronic and laser test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, Ophir energy meters, etcTroubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on-site, providing solutions that minimize downtime and disruption to the clientExecute technical tasks involved in installing, modifying, and repairing laser and energy based devicesMaintain detailed records of service activities, including issues, repairs, and maintenance performedCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain complex technical information clearly and understandablyWillingness to travel to client sites and flexibility to accommodate their schedules when applicableCollaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights and improve customer satisfactionStay updated on industry developments, trends, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality serviceRequirements:Associates degree in laser, electronics, or related field preferredPossess basic skills in mechanical assembly and light equipment handlingProficiency in using maintenance management systems and other relevant softwareExcellent customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:We offer competitive compensation packages and a comprehensive benefits plan, including:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401KHealthcare FSA & Dependent Care FSAPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysRELOCATION AVAILABLEProfessional Growth and Development OpportunitiesSalary: We offer a competitive salary from $80,000 - $120,000.
