Material Handler Location: Bonne Terre, MO Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM

PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Material Handler for a hands on role in a fabrication environment located in Bonne Terre, MO. This position requires reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for moving materials, supporting production, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklift to transport materials safely
• Support production and fabrication teams with material needs
• Assist with basic MIG welding when needed
• Maintain inventory and ensure materials are in correct locations
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures at all times
• Work with team to maintain production flow

Requirements:

• Previous material handling experience in fabrication preferred
• Previous material handling, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Class E license preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout shift
• Steel-toed boots required
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with exposure to heat, cold, and outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Must be dependable and hardworking

• Industrial setting with indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to weather, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Physical role requiring lifting, standing, bending, and moving materials
