What You'll Do: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor critical conditions Administer specialized treatments and medications, documenting all care accurately Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and collaborate with the care team Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care Support cardiac service expansion initiatives to provide comprehensive community care Qualifications: Active NM RN license Associate's Degree in Nursing required BLS certification required ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire 1 year ICU experience preferred; 1 year in any nursing department is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $74,880 - $100,000 annually Sign-on bonus (SOB) available Relocation assistance available Flexible shifts and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional development and career growth Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
