Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Little Rock, Arkansas Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a motivated, personable, and patient-focused oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join our rapidly growing private practice in Central Arkansas. Our practice was founded with a commitment to exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and a supportive team culture. We are a new practice experiencing significant growth and are looking for an associate with partnership potential. The owner doctor is an early career surgeon who desires a career long partner with a growth mindset. The owner doctor is not interested in DSO/private equity partnerships. The associate doctor will have their own state-of-the-art surgical suites (3) with clinical assistants for each room. Clinical assistants are experienced in vital sign monitoring, IV placement, assisting inhalation induction, management of an open airway, LMA and endotracheal airways. Orthognathic surgery and maxillofacial trauma surgery done at nearby hospital. No trauma call.
