This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes business disputes alongside a collaborative team of accomplished litigators. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $250,000+ Performance-based bonus tied to production and billables Origination bonus 1,900 billable hour expectation Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) Comprehensive benefits package Job Details What You'll Handle: Complex commercial and business litigation Contract disputes and breach of contract matters Construction-related disputes Privacy and data-related litigation Insurance coverage and insurance-related disputes Litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations Case management from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and client counseling Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial litigation experience Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills Experience handling sophisticated business disputes with significant client responsibility Construction litigation, privacy, or insurance coverage experience is a plus Illinois Bar admission required If you're looking to join a respected litigation team with sophisticated work, excellent compensation, and a collaborative culture, I'd love to connect.
