FT – Day (Monday to Friday, 7:30am -3:30pm).Wesley Enhanced Living – Doylestown 200 Veterans Lane Doylestown, PA 18901Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Landscape Laborer to help maintain the beauty, safety, and overall appearance of our Wesley Enhanced Living Communities. This role plays an important part in creating a peaceful, attractive outdoor environment for our residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is respectful, patient, and enjoys working in an environment that serves older adults.Key Responsibilities:Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and common outdoor areas across the communityMow, edge, trim, and fertilize turf areasPlant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance campus aestheticsPerform seasonal clean-up including leaf removal, mulching, and snow/ice removalEnsure walkways, entrances, and outdoor spaces are safe, clean, and hazard-free for residentsOperate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsiblyAssist with irrigation systems and basic grounds maintenance tasksInteract courteously with residents and respond to questions or concerns professionallyQualifications:Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsBasic knowledge of horticulture or plant careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOur benefits and workplace flexibility are top-notch and include:Competitive PayProfessional Development and Advancement opportunitiesHealth, Dental, & Life Insurance401(k) plans with generous matchTuition ReimbursementDaily Pay
