Qualifications:
~ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
~ Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
~1+ years experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient environment
~ Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols
~ Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA)
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in consultation with a multidisciplinary team
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for efficacy and potential side effects
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques
Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on topics related to mental health and well-being
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support

Salary: $66,520 to $128,750 /year
