Responsibilities include:
• Conduct substance use assessments and clinical evaluations
• Provide individual and/or group counseling
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and support for clients with substance use disorders
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with other behavioral health professionals
• Follow all applicable New Jersey clinical and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• Active New Jersey LCADC license required
• Master's degree in counseling, addictions, or a related field
• Experience providing substance use disorder services preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
