Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months) (possible temp to hire depending on business needs) Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH) Our client, a leading automotive finance organization, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent, building strategic pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Recruit For You’ll support hiring across a variety of functions, including: Finance & Accounting Operations Product & Technology What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent strategies Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings Conduct candidate screenings and guide candidates through the interview process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting experience Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling multiple requisitions simultaneously Experience recruiting across diverse business functions Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Experience using an ATS and managing recruiting data Ability to excel in a fast-moving, evolving environment Preferred Experience Agency and/or corporate recruiting background Taleo or Oracle ATS experience Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Interested?
