Job Description Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. Role Overview As Senior Director, Operations, you own day-to-day execution, uptime, safety, and site performance across OCI data centers. This role is the ultimate accountable owner for operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-site operations organizations, including engineering, maintenance, security, and vendors. Establish SLAs, monitor compliance, and lead response to major operational incidents. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Own resource planning, emergency response readiness, and capacity execution. Develop next-generation site and regional operations leaders. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 - $355,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
