Inside Sales Rep

The Inside Sales Representative will support the Sales Department by maintaining and expanding the prospect list through phone, email, and other online channels. The Inside Sales Representative will build customer engagement by identifying potential customers’ needs and informing them about Legacy Group’s services. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Team to schedule meetings with potential prospects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach: Proactively source and qualify new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and high-volume outbound cold calling (100–150 calls daily).
• Customer Engagement: Effectively identify customer needs, pain points, and decision-makers, leveraging strong industry knowledge to generate interest and engagement.
• Pipeline Coordination: Route qualified leads to appropriate sales executives for seamless handoff and advancement through the sales pipeline.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets related to call volume, booked discovery calls, and pipeline contribution.
• Account Research: Conduct occasional account research using online resources to identify key contacts and uncover new opportunities for outreach and lead generation.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Culture & Collaboration: Embrace and share organizational initiatives, company culture, and values.
• Support: Support additional sales initiatives and complete other duties as assigned.
