You'll build trust, answer questions, and support Members in reaching their financial goals through: Member-Centered Service – Greet each Member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey. Relationship-Driven Service Delivery – Connect Members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.Requirements What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor's degree may substitute for experienceCash-handling skills with strong attention to detailAbility to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needsStrong critical thinking and decision-making abilitiesSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to confidentiality and professionalismComfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems Why CommunityAmerica?
