Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Design Technician uses specific skill sets to support preproduction, design, and sales with specific tasks in drafting, modeling, rendering, documentation, and product management.
- Supports Product Manager with maintaining and improving product libraries.
- Manage data and maintain product fidelity across the website and catalog.
- Assist in the development and proliferation of standard details across product groups.
- Track and document product version history.
- Identify assembly conflicts and flag for review.
- Create 2D drawings from 3D model objects that conform to IDS drawing standards.
