A successful candidate will be self-directed, resilient, and collaborative, with a high bar for excellence and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding corporate and personal information.Partner with executives to manage calendars and ensure efficient and effective time management; ensure the executives' preparedness for meetings and engagements.Serve as the executives' liaison to internal and external stakeholders, including senior government officials.Coordinate key internal events such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, team gatherings, etc., overseeing all calendaring, communication, technology, logistics and related follow-up activities.Maintain and organize Outlook inbox and other records as appropriate, keeping the executive well-organized and aligned to Company records and retention schedules. Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the executive, highlighting information of interest and/or curate reading material.Track deadlines and status of assigned individual action items for the executives.Optimize travel arrangements and itineraries based on the executives' travel needs and preferences.
