Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Description: Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIH and CPI (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI) Float required to other MS/Tele units; to include forensics and inpatient units. Must be comfortable with the prison population. 1yr required Locals and 1st time travelers are accepted at same rate For all agency contracts beginning in September, we will not approve RTO for the following holidays: Thanksgiving Black Friday Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Year's Eve New Year's Day Contract nurses will be expected to participate in the holiday rotation and work 3 of these 6 holidays, based on their assigned holiday group. One group covers Thanksgiving, and the other covers Christmas. Nurses may arrange schedule swaps with their peers, when possible, to accommodate personal preferences. In addition, all contracts starting in September should extend into the new year to ensure holiday coverage. 16 week contracts are acceptable

Compliance Requirements: Must submit using the Qualivis Submission Form, including rate, start date, shift, and all RTO. Any RTO not included at time of submission will not be approved. Valid TN state license or compact multi-state license required at time of submission. Current Nursys report required; license must be active. No pending licenses accepted. All certifications must be included in the submission packet; some roles may allow pending certifications if they can be obtained prior to start (will be advised in JD). Compliance Deadlines HealthStream pass/fail exams will be assigned within 24 - 48 hours of contract signing. Once assigned, clinicians have 48 hours to complete the required exams. They are allowed one initial attempt. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the clinician may work with their clinical team on remediation before completing a second and final attempt. If the clinician does not pass the second attempt, the contract will be canceled. (This applies to the following specialties: Endoscopy, ER, Forensics, ICU, Med/Surg, Med Surg/Tele, OR, PACU, Telemetry) All other compliance requirements are due 12 days prior to start. Failure to meet compliance deadlines may result in delay to the next orientation or cancellation. Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing. Modules are non-billable, generally up to 2 hours to complete. Modules are completed pre-start, and factored in NBO. Modules are recorded by certificates of completion. Policies Facility enforces a strict no-call policy.
