Senior Product Development Manager (Marketing Focus) Remote: Must reside in an approved state (see below) Travel: Approximately 5 trips per year Compensation: $113,962–$178,067 base, plus a 15% Management Bonus Opportunity (MBO) based on individual and company performance. A leading healthcare organization is seeking a strategic Senior Product Development Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and long-term growth of a healthcare software platform while managing a team of Product Managers across multiple healthcare product portfolios. This is a marketing-focused product leadership role—not an IT Product Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, healthcare software, commercialization, and owning products from the business and customer perspective. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this leader will serve as the business and marketing owner of a medical inventory management and compliance software platform. They will partner closely with IT and cross-functional teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused product strategies and roadmap execution. Key Responsibilities Own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for healthcare software products. Lead product strategy across multiple healthcare product portfolios. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers. Translate customer feedback, market trends, and business goals into product initiatives. Lead the product lifecycle from concept through ongoing optimization. Partner with IT, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to drive successful product outcomes. Develop pricing strategies, packaging, positioning, and commercialization plans. Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches. Prioritize enhancements and roadmap investments based on customer value and business impact. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Product Management experience. Experience managing SaaS or software products, preferably within healthcare. Strong product marketing and commercialization experience. Previous leadership experience managing direct reports. Experience owning product roadmaps, VOC programs, product enhancements, and scaling products. Strong understanding of pricing strategy, contracts, revenue models, and commercial strategy. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare software or medical office management platforms. Familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare compliance requirements. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
