Financial Aid Specialist


Job Duties


This position is the first point of contact representing the Financial Aid Office and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and management of the front office. This position will work closely with the Financial Aid Risk Management and Compliance team member and Financial Aid Counselors to identify students requiring a Title IV aid recalculation and assist in the recalculation of aid. The Financial Aid Specialist will also be responsible for outreach to students to minimize loss of Title IV aid and provide counseling regarding required aid recalculations.
