Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care traveling assignment in Rose City, Michigan. Start date: 06/22/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,282 to $1,355 per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,282–$1,355 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour nights (6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) Start date: 06/22/2026 Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (Long-Term Care) Responsibilities Provide nursing care for a group of residents under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON Assess residents, implement and evaluate plans of care, and adjust as needed Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor responses and document findings Manage the care environment to ensure resident safety and comfort Supervise nursing assistants and care staff; coordinate daily activities and care delivery Adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and any applicable JCAHO standards Be willing to float to other units as needed to support experienced staff Requirements Active Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse license Minimum two years of SNF/LTC experience; previous travel experience preferred BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Covid-19 vaccine required Prior travel experience required MI iCHAT account and authorization to schedule fingerprinting (agency must have an active iCHAT account) Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Credentialing and licensing verification assistance, including MI iCHAT/fingerprinting coordination Potential extension opportunities beyond the initial 13 weeks Travel orientation and onboarding assistance Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
