Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Oregon state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is required.
Documentation of professional liability insurance as required by facility or state rules.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL-focused treatment in SNF settings preferred.
