Apartment Cleaner Promenade Oaks Apartments is seeking a full-time Community Care staff member to assist the Community Manager and the rest of the team in maintaining and developing the operations of a 283-unit apartment community in Eagan, MN. Community Care Staff: Job Overview As a Community Care staff member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the buildings, grounds, and apartments at Promenade Oaks. Job Responsibilities Daily cleaning of all common areas of buildings Daily picking up of community grounds Cleaning of vacant apartments prior to new residents moving in Delivering notices and information to apartments as necessary Communicating with office staff as needed Assisting with various resident events 3 – 4 times per year All other duties as assigned by management Qualifications 1 – 2 years cleaning or housekeeping experience (does not have to be in the apartment industry!). Demonstrated dependability Excellent physical condition with no restrictions Able to lift 40+ pounds and perform pushing and pulling activities Requirements Reliable attendance Schedule availability for weekdays and at least one weekend day Distance requirements apply if not living on site Physical exam, drug screening, and background check Ability and eagerness to learn Detail-oriented and organized Superior work ethic and positive attitude About Our Property Management Company Condor Corporation owns and manages Promenade Oaks Apartments as well as 6 other apartment communities in Minnesota and Florida.
