Live-In Houseparents for Student Homes (Couples)

Milton Hershey School seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance and supervision for groups of 8–13 students. You will support daily routines, accompanying students to activities and chapel, while ensuring wellness and safety. The role starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement.
