We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide therapeutic treatments to patients and assist in implementing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Perform gait and balance training.
• Provide therapeutic techniques and interventions as directed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Report treatment results and patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Support patients in achieving mobility, strength, and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Active Texas license or Compact license required.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
