Automotive Service Advisor

Lum's Auto Center in Warrenton, Oregon is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, community-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing dealership's service team. Service Advisors assist in delivering remarkable experiences to our customers and are responsible to provide intake, consultation and advice regarding service and maintenance to our customers. They offer logical diagnostic services or repairs in response to the customer's concerns. Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.At Lum's Auto Center we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Lum's is committed to giving back to the local community with sponsorships to the Clatsop County Fair, Astoria Regatta, Clatsop Community College, Astoria, Seaside, and Warrenton High School Scholarships, to name a few.To be successful as an Automotive Service Advisor, top candidates will be fun, loyal, empathetic, professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service.Service Advisor Responsibilities:Responding to incoming callsGreeting and assisting customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.Logging customer details and comments in our system.Asking questions to assist in diagnostics of vehicle issues.Tracking progress of each vehicle service.Adhering to all company policies and procedures.Answering customers' questions regarding vehicle repairs and assessed costs.Accepting payments from customer upon completion of services.Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.Benefits:Health insurance (Employer currently pays 90% of premium for employee-only base plan.
