Production Assembly Associate - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:
- Cut wires to specified lengths while accurately reading and using a tape measure.
- Stage cords on a tow line to keep production moving efficiently through the assembly process.
- Use a variety of hand tools to strip insulation from wire ends and prepare materials for assembly.
- Crimp copper and other connectors onto wires to meet quality and production standards.
- Assist with wire placement in assembly jigs and support the molding process used to install plugs on cord sets.
- Perform assembly line tasks with attention to detail, safety, and product quality.
- Work as part of a supportive team in a clean, steady, and employee-friendly production environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
