Pediatric Healthcare Team Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric healthcare team. The RN will play a key leadership role by supervising, supporting, and training our team of Medical Assistants. This position ensures the highest standard of patient care by promoting clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within the practice.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor Medical Assistants in day-to-day clinical activitiesTrain new MAs on clinical procedures, vaccine administration, EMR documentation, and patient care protocolsOversee and support MAs in patient triage, vitals, rooming, injections, specimen collection, and lab testingMonitor and maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical safety standardsEnsure accuracy and completeness of charting and documentationAudit and evaluate MA performance; provide ongoing feedback and skill developmentHelp coordinate supply inventory and ensure proper stock levels of medical supplies and vaccinesCollaborate with physicians and practice management to ensure smooth workflowAssist with updating clinical protocols and staff education as neededStep in to provide direct patient care as needed to support clinic operationsEnsure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and safety standardsQualifications:Current and valid IL RN licenseAssociates degree in nursing required, bachelors preferredStrong knowledge of outpatient procedures and best practicesProficiency with EMR systems and computersExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to train and motivate clinical support staff in a fast-paced environmentBLS/CPR certification (required)Compensation:$30-$40
