What You'll Do

• Provide full-time clinical care including office visits, surgery, and deliveries.
• Guide the clinical and strategic development of the Women's Health program.
• Deliver care at a facility with Level II NICU and approximately 1,600 deliveries per year.
• Lead program development and service-line expansion on Cincinnati's east side.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to strengthen teamwork and clinical excellence.
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support.

What You Need Required

• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience
• Ability to provide clinical care (office, surgery, deliveries)
• Participation in a 1:6 call rotation

Preferred

• Proven experience in program leadership and guiding clinical strategy (preferred but not explicitly statedcandidates with leadership experience will stand out)
