About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Provo, UT, near the Provo Airport. IMMEDIATE HIRE. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your organizational skills and operational know-how will make a real impact. The Pay Range is $23-$25/hr. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30. Benefits are not offered. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and leading teams to success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and distribution processes
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations
Identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse productivity
Requirements:
2+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
Experience with Freestyle MOM system or Odoo a plus
Ability to start immediately a plus
