Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter (Part-Time) | UNMBUNMB, a leading Long Island-based mortgage bank, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter to partner directly with our CEO in attracting top-producing Loan Officers and Retail/Branch Teams.Key Responsibilities:Recruit high-performing Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch TeamsSource candidates through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry researchBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage sales talentManage candidate activity within the recruiting CRMConduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support onboardingDevelop recruiting strategies that support company growth objectivesQualifications:2+ years of mortgage, financial services, or sales recruiting experienceExperience recruiting commissioned sales professionalsMortgage Loan Officer recruiting experience preferredStrong networking, communication, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and CRM systemsCompensation & Schedule:$24-$26 per hour, based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesPart-time, 25-30 hours per weekMonday-Friday, in-officeIf you are a motivated recruiting professional with mortgage industry knowledge and a passion for connecting top talent with outstanding opportunities, we encourage you to apply and join the growing team at UNMB.All offers are contingent on the successful completion of criminal background check.
