Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, Seasonal with potential for year-round Schedule / Hours: Sundays and Tuesdays a must, am and pm shifts Position Overview Riverside Country Club is seeking motivated, interactive Servers with prior serving experience. This position offers a seasonal schedule with potential for ongoing employment. Servers are the face of our dining experience and play a central role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to RCC members and guests. Learn and memorize food menus, signature cocktails, beer, and wine selections. Provide proper wine bottle service. Obtain and maintain RServing (Responsible Serving) certification. Operate the Jonas POS point-of-sale system. Answer the phone and take dining reservations. Handle a cash bank accurately. Adhere to all health code and RCC cleaning procedures. Expand food and beverage knowledge to answer member and guest questions. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred. RServing certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to carry trays and lift up to 35 lbs.
