Your Responsibilities:

• Generate repair orders for all inbound auction units.
• Inspect repair needs using inspection reports, technician recommendations, and vehicle history.
• Prepare complete repair estimates for internal dealership approval.
• Coordinate workflow between technicians, the parts department, and dealership personnel.
• Monitor vehicle repair status and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure repair estimates are accurate and complete before work begins.
• Collaborate with Parts, Purchasing, Transportation, and dealership personnel to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
• Maintain strong communication with all dealership locations.
• Meet established goals for cycle time, estimate accuracy, and productivity.
• Stay informed on manufacturer repair procedures and internal reconditioning standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong automotive mechanical knowledge
• Previous Service Advisor or Technician Experience preferred
