A bride remembers how she felt. You’ll be a big part of that. From the moment a bride walks through our doors, we want her experience to feel thoughtful, elevated, and personal. Our Bridal & Hospitality Host helps make that happen — welcoming brides and their families, managing The Champagne Bar, preparing our space, and helping the entire team stay one step ahead. This isn’t simply a front desk position or a bartending position. You’re part of the operational heartbeat of the store. The mentality we hire for is simple: see a need, fill a need. You can move easily between welcoming a bride, preparing champagne, resetting a room, answering a phone, and helping a stylist without losing attention to detail. You’re dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and understand that great hospitality often happens before a guest ever realizes she needed something. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bartending, hotels, events, luxury retail, or bridal is a plus. Personality, reliability, and work ethic matter more — we’ll teach you the Savvy way. What you’ll do Host the experience. Greet brides and guests, check in appointments, communicate arrivals to stylists, answer phones, and help create a warm and organized first impression. Own The Champagne Bar. Prepare and serve champagne and mimosas, set up pre-purchased champagne packages, maintain glassware, restock supplies, and keep the bar polished throughout the day. Understand the schedule. Learn to read and anticipate our appointment flow — who is coming in, when they’re arriving, who their stylist is, guest counts, and which brides have purchased champagne packages. Use that information to prepare before the bride arrives rather than waiting to be asked. Prepare for the weekend. Fridays are an important preparation day. Help ensure the bar, suites, supplies, glassware, and hospitality areas are fully stocked and ready before our busiest day of the week. Flip and maintain bridal suites. Reset rooms between appointments, remove glassware and trash, straighten the space, and ensure each suite is presentation-ready for the next bride. Support the team. Rehang and organize gowns, help stylists with needs during appointments, assist with steaming and general gown care when needed, restock throughout the store, and help with opening and closing responsibilities. Find the next thing. Downtime is preparation time. This role is best for someone who doesn’t need to wait for a task list — you notice what needs to be done and take care of it. Schedule Friday + Saturday availability Typical shifts are approximately 8:30/10:00 AM – 6:30 PM , depending on the day and business needs. Saturday availability is required , as it is our busiest and most important day. Compensation $20/hour plus tips earned.
