AVP Risk Testing Lead — Controls & Compliance
Synchrony
Synchrony is seeking an experienced Control Testing professional to lead engagement planning and execution for SYB and SYF. You will assess compliance with laws, internal policies, and mitigate operational, regulatory, and financial risks with rigorous testing. In this role, you will document results, identify gaps, and collaborate with the business to implement remediation plans while providing clear updates to leadership.
