The attorney will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of litigation and transactional matters, providing legal counsel to business clients across a variety of industries.The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively while managing matters independently.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a diverse caseload involving both litigation and transactional matters.Conduct legal research and analysis and provide practical legal guidance to clients.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Assist with case strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, and other litigation activities.Represent clients' interests throughout the litigation process and prepare matters for trial when appropriate.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other legal professionals.Manage multiple matters and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on complex legal matters.Provide comprehensive, business-minded legal counsel and practical solutions to client concerns.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.3-5+ years of legal experience.Experience with litigation and/or transactional matters.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Demonstrated commitment to providing thoughtful, practical, and client-focused legal advice.
