Full Charge Bookkeeper

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for two entities. This role will take ownership of the full accounting cycle and play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Oversee billing and collections activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
- Conduct account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Assist with payroll processing as needed (not required)
- Support light HR-related administrative tasks
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Demonstrated ability to manage AP, collections, and financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple entities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, architecture, or similar industries)
