Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a brand-new location in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford, CT (85 miles from NYC and 14 miles north of Danbury) to start in the Summer or Fall 2026. It is a highly regarded well-established practice with limited on call obligations. You will work with 3 Physicians in a collegial environment known for exceptional care and strong community relationships. We have a busy, established practice in a family-friendly location. This practice sees patients ages 18+. You’ll partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness across an entire panel of patients. You’ll also enjoy working in a fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record , ensuring seamless communication and coordination across hospitals and practice sites.
